Adrian Albino

Director of Operations

As Director of Operations at Union Square Events, Adrian oversees our Restaurant Operations and Cultural Venues. During his tenure with the company, he has played a pivotal role in the successful launch and management of notable locations including The SUMMIT at One Vanderbilt, Good Ground Tavern at Canoe Place Inn, Tacocina, Westmoreland at the Frick Collection, and MOSS Studios and Private Club. In this role, Adrian has led his team to create exceptional guest interactions and client relationships by providing first-in-class events and unforgettable dining experiences.

Prior to joining our team, Adrian owned and operated a group of Restaurants in San Francisco, called HEYDAY, with a focus on chef-driven, California Cuisine. He has also spent time in the Vineyards of France, learning natural production techniques and deepening his understanding and appreciation for wine. Although Adrian is first and foremost a lover of hospitality, he also holds a Master of Architecture, so always brings a sense of design and an eye for detail to each of his projects.

In his spare time, Adrian loves to travel, create culinary delights from his extensive spice collection, and make art.
