Madden Edwards is a seasoned hospitality and events professional, currently serving as Director of Events and Operations at Union Square Events. With over a decade of industry experience, Madden brings a deep understanding of event execution, operational strategy, and guest experience.

A graduate of Johnson & Wales University, she holds an Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts and a Bachelor’s Degree with a dual focus in Food and Beverage Management and Meeting and Event Planning. This well-rounded academic foundation—paired with extensive hands-on experience—gives Madden a distinctive edge in blending culinary creativity with operational precision.

Outside of work, Madden enjoys spending time in the kitchen, exploring new destinations, and nurturing her garden, bringing the same care and curiosity to her personal passions as she does to every event she leads.
