Rosa Chauvin is a seasoned Human Resources leader with over 10 years of experience spanning the hospitality, financial services, retail, and beauty industries. She holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management & Development from NYU, is PHR-certified, and has completed executive training in Strategic Human Resources Leadership through eCornell.  Fully bilingual, Rosa also brings the advantage of Spanish language expertise to her work in diverse and multicultural environments.

Rosa began her career in operations before moving into Human Resources, where she quickly established herself as a trusted partner in building culture, ensuring compliance, and driving business results. She has held HR leadership roles in both entrepreneurial environments and large global organizations.

At Compass Group’s Union Square Events, Rosa serves as HR Director for the NYMM USE unit, leading HR strategy development, talent management, and compliance while supporting the company’s continued growth. She has played a pivotal role in opening and scaling new business ventures, managing HR operations for workforces ranging from a handful of employees to more than 400, and advising senior leaders in cultivating engaged, high-performing teams.
