Yachira Camacho
Director of Accounting, FP&A
As Director of Accounting (Regional) & FP&A, Yachira Camacho oversees the accounting and finance functions for USE, leading a team that includes the Divisional Controller and Accounting Manager. She joined USHG in 2005, beginning her hospitality journey in various front-of-house positions at the MoMA. A proud graduate of two CUNY schools, she studied Hospitality Management and later Accounting, officially beginning her journey on the USE accounting team in 2008.
In her current role, Yachira ensures financial accuracy across the organization and partners closely with operators to help them understand key financial information. Alongside the Senior VP of Finance, she leads USE’s annual budgeting and forecasting process. Her scope reaches across every part of USE from its roots in catering to concessions, consulting, B&I, and beyond.
Yachira’s passion for food and hospitality started early, leading her to participate in C-CAP, a program she hopes to reconnect with in the future. She recently ventured into a part-time adjunct lecturer role at CUNY, teaching Hospitality Accounting and staying connected to the community that helped shape her. She currently lives in New Jersey with her husband, two children, two cats, and one dog.
